Directly on the NC500 route. Delny Glamping consists of 6 individually designed Bothies and Barrels that sleep up to 6 people. The Bothies are located within a private walled garden surrounded by fields and wildlife. The Barrels are a short distance away at an elevated position overlooking the Cromarty Firth. A historic property originally built in the 1600’s. Guests have access to gardens and can meet the Delny pet chickens , ducks, adorable pgymy goats, miniature Shetland ponies, sheep and Kevin Bacon the pot belly pig . Ideally placed on the NC500 and popular for dog lovers with plenty of nearby walks including Fyrish Monument, the Royal Dornoch beech and Tain. Delny Glamping is also perfectly placed for the whisky lovers. Dalmore and Whyte & MacKay distilleries are both 5 mins away by car and Glenmorangie is just 10mins away by car. All Bothies and Barrels include en-suites, heating, tea/coffee making facilities, towels and bed linen, flat screen TVs, plates, mugs and cutlery. Delny Glamping demonstrates a strong ethos for family fun and there are no truer words said then “when the kids are happy, so are mum and dad”. Children can play pirates and pretend to sail off into the distance on our new pirate ship play park. With the backdrop of the Cromarty firth, your children will feel like they are sailing the highland seas, plus gives mum and dad a chance to have a cheeky glass of wine with peace of mind that their children are safe and having fun. Other things to note We offer a very popular continental breakfast delivered to your door via a Glamper Hamper. This is optional and charged at £5 per person. We are happy to welcome well behaved dogs in the Bothies but unfortunately dogs would not be suitable in the barrels. Our Bothies are luxury glamping accommodation so we have rules for the four-legged guests. These are to ensure that our Bothies and Barrels stay luxury. If you require further clarification regarding this please call or email the owners direct. There is a charge of £5 per night per dog which is payable on arrival. Doggie Do's and Don’ts. Please ensure that flea treatment is up to date before arrival. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, even with a blanket. Owners should bring their own dog bed and towels. We are happy to provide dog bowls if required. Please ensure that your dog is clean before entering the Bothy (an outside tap is provided.) The dog(s) must not be left unattended in the Bothy at any time. It’s the owner’s responsibility to clean up after your dog inside and outside the Bothy. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times while on and around the site, and kept under control by a responsible adult. Your pet must not be permitted to cause any kind of nuisance to the neighbouring properties. The interior and grounds must be left in a clean, undamaged condition. Any damage or stains must be paid for in full. Cancellations Cancel before check in and get a 50% refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
