B&B "Casale San Pietro" is located in a quiet place, immersed in the Umbrian countryside, 800 meters from the historic center of Otricoli, 4 km from the toll booth of the Autostrada del Sole (A1) Magliano Sabina and 70 km from Rome. It is surrounded by a garden with panoramic views of the valley. The last stretch of the municipal road that leads to the farmhouse is at times unpaved, so it may not be suitable for cars with a low suspension. The space Bed & Breakfast "Casale San Pietro" has two comfortable double rooms, each with a private bathroom and the possibility of adding a single or bunk bed according to the needs of the guests. The rooms are equipped with heating, air conditioning and TV. The 20 m² "sunflower" room is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse, accessed directly from the garden. The bathroom with shower... and washing machine is for the exclusive use of guests. The price includes only overnight stay in a private room and cold drinks (sparkling and natural water, ACE juice) and hot drinks (coffee, milk, tea, herbal teas). The price does NOT include: Sweet and savory baked goods... for breakfast must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. From Magliano Sabina train station, Civita Castellana - 8 km from Otricoli, you can take the train to Rome, Fiumicino Airport or Orte.
