Beautiful, tranquil, family-friendly garden oasis

Our lovely, characterful, light-filled home is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a busy day in London. We are located close to shops, public transport, great restaurants and just 15 minutes from the centre of town. Make yourself comfortable in our bright, airy open-plan living space, complete with toys for your kids and huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The flat has it's own entrance and feels extremely private and calm. We know you'll be really happy here. The space Large, open-plan living space with well-equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable lounge area and computer desk. Huge, folding glass doors lead directly into the private back garden with patio and outdoor furniture. This really is indoor-outdoor living. Loads of windows provide lots of light. Three bedrooms are located at the other end of the flat. They are all quiet and tucked away from the main reception. Two bedrooms have double beds (one standard and one large). The kids' room has a single bed, as well as a crib and changing table (the latter two items can be moved into another room, if you wish). The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is also a family bathroom off the hall. Furniture is comfortable and stylish throughout. We have some scandinavian influences, as well as mid-century items and the overall feel is comfortable and welcoming. You'll find a church pew, a cherub lamp, plenty of teapots and a few other surprises dotted around! We love our home and it's a real oasis near the heart of London - we hope that you will feel as comfortable here as we do. Guest access You'll be able to access the whole flat. You can use the garden (including hammock and BBQ) and we are happy for you to make use of any items from our cupboards and fridge (please just replace anything that you finish!). Oooh: and if you're visiting in the summer, you can pick any ripe tomatoes that you find in the garden! We'll clear some space in all of the bedroom cupboards and bathrooms but please note that we will not be able to move all of our clothes etc. Important: we are not big TV watchers so there is not a proper TV in the flat. However, we do have a large monitor that you can plug in and watch in the living space but it is operated using Chromecast from your mobile phone. You can download the app easily. Other things to note We have two young daughters so there are plenty of toys, children's books and other items if you are visiting with a child. We have toys and books suitable for birth up to about 5 years old. This is a perfect home to visit with a baby or toddler - lots of room to play and move around and all the bits and pieces you need to keep the little one happy! The garden is one two levels (divided by a brick wall about 2 1/2' high). Please be mindful of small children playing on the grassy area and ensure there is a grown up around making sure they don't fall off!
