Villa 38 is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom upper unit apartment located within a 44 unit complex. There is parking for 2 cars behind the unit. A fully equiped kitchen, laundry facilities & drying room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds that can be zipped together creating a super king bed if requested. The complex includes a shared swimming pool & spa pool, Cardrona can be enjoyed all year round with activities such as Snow Skiing, Mountain Biking, Tramping, Horse Treks and more. The space Villa 38 is situated just 3 minutes drive away from the base of the Cardrona Snowfarm and Snowpark ski resort access roads. For the keen skiers there are 3 other ski fields within a 40 minute drive. Apre' ski/activities there is the iconic Cardrona Hotel that is a hundred metre walk to enjoy local hospitality, food and beverages. Cardrona Distillery is opposite the access road to the ski fields offering Distillery tours and amazing local spirits including an amazing Vodka and Gin Guest access Depending on how many guest you have in your party we can open and close the bedrooms (for example; if there are only 4 Adults we can lock one bedroom off) 2 bedrooms can sleep 2 people the 3rd sleeps 3 so that makes a total of 7 people for the entire unit Note; we do have access to a porta - cot should you require one for a little one Other things to note We have recently purchased Villa 38 The kitchen is well appointed so eating in is not a problem.
