The space This quiet, residential 3-bedroom townhome is just a 15-minute walk or 3-minute drive from the nearest beach, with 4 more beaches within a 5-10 minute drive. Enjoy easy access via neighborhood walk and bike paths right down the street. Relax in our fenced, sunny yard and terrace with lounge furniture—perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Layout: Kitchen: New & modern with Philips appliances, a state of the art coffee, multi-function oven/microwave, steam oven, and essential spices and oils. Main Floor: Kitchen, spacious living room with a massive couch ideal for family movie nights, dining room, kitchen, and a half bath. Netflix & Amazon included. Second Floor: 2 bedrooms (one large, one small) and a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. Top Floor *Loft*: Master loft bedroom and a washing machine and dryer for guest use. Parking: Includes 1 private spot and free street parking all around the area. Extras: Local tips, recommendations, and a guidebook are provided for guests. Essentials like coffee, tea, linen, towels and shampoo are available—please use what you need and leave the rest for future guests. Baby items include cups, silicone plates and bowls. Cutlery. Gender neutral toys and games ages 3 and up. If you forget items like toothpaste or shaving cream, there's a small supply in the bathroom. Guest access Whole house, including laundry on top floor (not pictured). Enclosed back yard. Other things to note 👶🏻The house is a quiet residential road with many young children and elderly. Absolutely no parties, and no “outside” guests or loud noise after 10PM/22h00. 🚬 Absolutely no smoking on the property. Any cigarettes found in the yard will result in loss of damage deposit. 🐶 Due to serious family allergies, while we love pets, they are not possible in the home 🗣My neighbours are quick to report noise in our area, breach of these rules will result in guests needing to vacate the rental if there are numerous complaints. 🗑You might during your stay need to place the garbage bins into the back alley. 💻 Sometimes the wifi is spotty on the top (3rd) floor. 🌿You might need to water the plants if your stay is on a weekend. I appreciate guests helping take care of them so I can provide everyone with a beautiful space.
