Cosy Studio with aircon & wifi

This Totally private fully self-contained Studio. It has amazing wifi and reverse cycle air conditioning and an enclosed courtyard and deck for your pets. You can park your car on the left hand side of driveway. There's a 2nd studio for friends or family. The studio is situated about 5 to 10 mins drive to Byron Bay. After booking please read house manual for instructions on what to do and where to get key etc. please leave fan on in bathroom when u go out and after using the shower . The space Our Studio is totally private with a private entry and is fully self contained with everything you need eg, fridge, stove, all kitchen utensils, plates etc. Linen and towels are provided just bring your own beach towels. There is a deck at the entry, walk through a grey gate. Park your car in front of the studio on the left hand side of the wide driveway as you are facing the house. You can close the grey gate for complete privacy, this is totally safe for your animals. Continue reading next section for guest access. The bins are behind the bamboo gate next to the main house front door and the green bin is on the concrete section as you enter the house. Please leave keys where they were and studio open with screen door closed. please leave fan on in bathroom after shower and when u go out as keeps mould from coming. Guest access Park on the left hand side of driveway facing the house, the studio is directly in front behind grey slate fence. You will see glass sliding door and door is open, go in and the key is on the coffee table. Please leave key on coffee table when booking out and door left open like it was when you arrived. You can access anytime after 1pm. You can close gate for total privacy. The neighborhood is very safe and well lit up. Other things to note Our little Suburb Suffolk Park has a lot to offer, there is a nice little shopping centre in Gippsland st, it has great coffee and the local Suffolk hotel has nice food. There is a really lovely organic food at a store called shaz and baz for fresh vegetables and lots of other groceries in beech drive. Baywood Chase lake is a 5 minute walk down the road on beech drive. It has a pathway all around and a couple of nice parks for the kids. The Suffolk Beach has safety flags and are not as busy as in Byron Beach. Registration Details PID-STRA-32084
