Familyfriendly near city, nature & Tele2 Arena

Welcome to our newly renovated house with two patios. A great place for a family with younger kids or a group of friends, close to nature but still just 20 min to Stockholm City or 15 minutes to Avicii Arena (Globen) by car. Here's everything you need to get the most out of your visit - for example free parking and our dear Home Assistant to wake you up in the morning. Please make yourself at home :) The space The apartment is 100 square meters divided on two floors in a safe and family-friendly area with a playground right outside the door. Master bedroom Witherspoon a king size bed and a bedroom/playroom with 2 cribs (and 2 Hugh chakra onside + 2 outside). The 2-person sofa bed is in the living room. There is everything from an outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill, Wifi/bluetooth speakers to Nintendo WiiU and two bathrooms. Walking distance (approx. 15 min) to a large grocery store and restaurants. About 10 minutes by car to a family-friendly beach with a restaurant (open during winter as well) and ice cream! Bus to Stuvsta C is just down the hill and from Stuvsta the shuttle takes about 13 minutes to Stockholm City. It takes about 15 minutes by car to Avicii Arena (Globen). Guest access Patio in the front and terrace in the back. Charcoal grill and outdoor kitchen (sink only) located on the terrace. Wardrobe in master bedroom. Other things to note - Feel free to use our Home Assistant to turn on/off the lights or to set an alarm, play music etc. - The fireplace is for decoration only (you can light candles in it) - Please wipe spills on the worktop immediately as it is a bit sensitive - Please be careful with the new wardrobe in the bedroom as the paint is a bit sensitive - Our permanent, very quiet, tenants live upstairs (own entrance, next door) - The guest bathroom has a shower, but the water is not very warm - Baby accessories available, such as: changing table, bedside- and/or regular crib, some baby toys
