The space This place is a "Crush" house, the site is exceptional but the interior is much more sober, (some would say rustic) than the exterior might suggest. If you expect absolute luxury, or if you are allergic to squeaky floors, you will be disappointed. On the other hand, if you like the authentic and the small imperfections that make the charm of everyday life, this place is for you! Guest access For you alone: A bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom. For you and any other AirBnB tenants (one or two maximum): separate toilets, a large kitchen with a large fridge and all the necessary equipment, a large living room, a large garden. During your stay For any problem, complaint, request for advice or desire for exchanges, I will always be available for you if necessary. Never hesitate to call me. I'm never far, since I'm living at the floor above ! For foreign visitors: I speak English correctly, anyway enough to communicate. Other things to note There is a maximum of two bedrooms on this floor, for a maximum of four people (two bedrooms with one double bed), all of which are available for rental. Rarely are the two occupied simultaneously, but it can happen. The higher the occupancy rate, the more residents will be asked to ensure that the common areas (living room, kitchen, toilets) are kept at the cleanest and most orderly level possible. There are lots of friendly advantages to living in community, there are also some rules to respect if you want to keep good relations! The kitchen living area is a community space, the places are shared by all, including myself when I receive friends, so we can, according to the wishes, share a meal, a corner of the table, or respect the each of us's desire to live at their own pace! Let everyone live their life and their stay as they wish, within the limits of mutual friendliness and respect.
