Sleeps: up to 12 adults in 5 spacious and comfortable bedrooms (extra child bed or baby bed on request) Here's how our house is organized: On the ground floor: - Fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, range hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and various utensils, small appliances) - Laundry (dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board) - Separate toilet - Large 40 m² room - 2 lounges of 20 m² and 24 m² - Private Wi-Fi connection (home box) - upright piano tuned - a Stella foosball table Upstairs: - Bedroom 1 of 11 m²: 2 single beds of 80 x 190 (or 1 double bed of 160 x 190) - Bedroom 2 of 21 m²: 1 double bed of 140 x 190 and 2 single beds of 80 x 200 (or 1 double bed of 180 x 200) - A shower room + toilet - Bedroom 3 of 17 m²: 1 single bed of 90 x 200 and 1 double bed of 140 x 190 – a private shower room + toilet - Bedroom 4 of 24 m²: 1 double bed of 160 x 190 – a private shower room - Bedroom 5 of 19 m²: 2 single beds of 90 x 200 (or a large bed of 180 x 200) – a private shower room - 2 independent toilets Outside: - Large 70 m² terrace facing south (garden furniture, parasol, barbecue available from April) - Private garden of 600 m² - Enough space to park at least 7 cars near the house – possibility to park other cars, motorhome or truck on the property The house is non-smoking. We rely on our vacationers to make the place a quiet and family-friendly place.
