IN THE GROUNDS OF A PRIVATE GATED TOWN RESIDENCE A one bedroom Detached Coach Housed set on 2 levels. Quiet secure near town centre with private secure off road parking. On the ground floor is a FULLY equipped kitchen and a separate shower room. The chalet style first floor consists of a living dining room with a double sofa be, smart tv,leading to SEPARATE double bedroom Queen size bed. Small garden with seating. HOT TUB* Ideal for couples not really suitable for children.LONG LETS WELCOME The space Completed in 2020 The Coach House is within a few minutes walk of The Common and Saffron Walden Market Square. Situated in the grounds of Summerhill House,the detached annexe is tucked away off the main road,don’t worry we will give you directions! Guest access The garden adjacent to The Coach House may be used with the hosts approval.Private use of the hot tub from May 1 to September 30 is available by invitation please request at time of booking.We normally drain the hot tub during the winter months to conserve energy.Please enquire if you require the hot tub outside these months there will be an additional charge of £25. We ask that you pre book times and allow us to demonstrate how to open and close the hot tub along with the controls. Other things to note Please feel free to ask about recommendations for local dining,tourist attractions etc.Should you wish to bring your bikes these can be stored . We can recommend some terrific cycle rides and walks. There is a good supply of maps and local guides which may borrow during your stay. Cambridge is near by and well worth a visit. Our minimum stay is 3 nights we can occasionally accommodate shorter stays on request.
