Starred 2-room apartment on the ground floor, freshly renovated in our simple and friendly image. Ideally located in the center of a commune in the Saint-Malo region (town = cars, although some are embarrassed, I prefer to report it for people accustomed to no noise), 6 minutes from Saint-Malo, 6 minutes from Cancale, on the road to Mont-Saint-Michel and in the center of many beaches. You will have access to all amenities on foot. A code will be given to you to save you any time constraints. The space Travel cot on request depending on availability. Other things to note First roll of toilet paper and first garbage bag provided, cleaning is to be done before your departure in order to return the apartment as upon your arrival. Cleaning option possible at €40 excluding dishes to be paid to the housekeeper on site that we will notify if you wish this option. linen provided free of charge on request for those who cannot bring it (departure before 10 a.m. in case of supply of it, possible even at the last minute). I have free parking with 4 spaces, if this one is full, many free spaces are available all around (see photo). A detailed message with the codes will be sent to you 1 week before your arrival, please confirm their receipt. I can be reached by message every day from 7am to 8pm.
