It has a bedroom with a queen size bed and a living room couch that folds out into a queen bed. The Casita has laundry facilities and it has a hotel style kitchen. The two units are attached and can be connected from the inside, they each have exterior entrances. The two units share a backyard. A person can rent these two units separately or together. When they rent both units at the same time there is a discount and we call the two units rented together "The Bunkhouse." (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/13622605).
