The space Set amongst a tropical lush garden, 50 meters to "The Good Grocer"... a 24/7 supermarket and the trendy "George St" precinct makes THE ideal location to indulge yourself in amongst cafes, restaurants, wine bars, Sweet water roof top bar, live music and boutique style shopping. Walking distance to central Fremantle, the famous Cappuccino Strip, Fremantle Market, Fremantle Prison, Fremantle Art Center, Maritime Museum, the Round House leading onto Bather's Beach, Fishing Boat Harbour with a stretch of cuisine restaurants including " Little Creatures". The studio is surrounded by several cafes and restaurants including "Larder, "Little Fire", "Duke of George" and "Sweetwater". A five minute walk will take you to the Swan River or a five minute drive to our beautiful white sandy beaches or to catch the ferry to Rottnest Island .......PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TO THE END! The studio is open plan living with fully functional kitchen, separate bathroom and an upstairs loft with a small double bed. *Please check the stuido is ample size PRIOR if booking for 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers)/(3 adults). Please enquire prior to booking for reassurance. The laundry is shared and is attached to the main house .... *Laundry detergent supplied* Please note there is no dryer but a washing line and plenty of fresh air :) The studio has two entrances and offers comfy queen bed with quality king size douve and linen, towels and unlimited WIFI, USB ports, ceiling fan, reverse cycle aircon, couch/sofa bed (which folds out into a double bed). A fully equipped kitchen including a pantry full of condiments such as coffee, tea ...including a selection of herbal teas, sugar, honey, peanut butter, vegemite, cooking oil, spices, salt n pepper, chilli sauce and soya sauce plus and oven (for light cooking only), microwave and TV with NETFLIX. Please select 'guest' when logging in! We have recently introduced a BABY Q BBQ for your convenience to cook your meat/fish outside near the gate. Please refrain from cooking inside the studio. Poaching/boiling eggs, toast, cooking veggies is fine. If unsure, please ask ....thank you :) The fridge offers a selection of condiments including fresh water, (small jug of milk and plate of biscuits ...on request). An added delight of roller shutters that will seclude the studio for added comfort and privacy will enhance your stay. There is also a Bali gazebo to sit and enjoy the garden where also smoking is permitted .......Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. ***The loft leading up the stairs offers a small double bed which brings to offering 3 guests but please keep in mind descending down as the stairs are quite steep and not suitable for young children, the elderly or frail people. The loft can be warm in the mornings during our summer months Dec-March. There is electricity and fan provided with also a point to recharge your phone. *** The listing price is for 2 people (couples or friends willing to share the queen bed). If another bed is being used AT ANY TIME an extra charge of $25 is incurred and will need to be paid when arriving or during the booking process. You will need to enquire so we can assist. ...thank you! **Infants (babies) are welcome under the age of 2yrs who aren't yet crawling/walking by request PRIOR to booking. Children over the age of 12 yrs are welcome however, are subject to additional fee of $25 p/person per night. Plastic cups, bowls, cutlery supplied for your infant but please bring their bedding. *Extras in the bathroom...... Soap, toilet paper, shampoo & conditioner, cotton ear buds, tea tree oil, insect repllent, Panadol, first aid kit, hairdryer and a hot water bottle. *Please don't hesitate to ask if there is anything else you require. We are always happy to help :) **** Ideal heavenly top location for business travellers, solo travellers, couples looking for a quiet, cosy, relaxing and friendly staycation to enjoy your "home away from home". *** PLEASE READ BELOW ***for guests with pets .... ** For short stay holiday makers travelling with their pet, we can accommodate 1 or 2 small, well behaved female dogs or 1 large female dog "UPON REQUEST PRIOR TO BOOKING" as some types of breeds are NOT permitted. Sorry, larger male dogs are no longer suitable and we state this clearly so communication is clear ....thank you! We can accommodate small male dogs BUT please enquire FIRST! ** If you book with your pet without having pre arranged with us and then find your pet is NOT suitable, then sorry there is no refund as our cancellation policy states. Please bring your pet's bedding. An asking fee of $20.00 to accommodate each pet p/day must be paid "WHEN YOU ARRIVE" so please be be prepared as we have no eftpos available. Please note the fee is NOT included in the booking. For guests who wish to bring along 2 pets we can offer a discount of $18.00 for each pet p/day ....Please clean up after your pooch and place in the green lid bin. Poo bags are provided. We encourage you to take your dog to the 'exercise' area across the road when arriving and whilst during your stay. ***Dogs are NOT permitted on ANY furniture, thank you! Unless prearranged we ask you to take your pets with you when going out as we have experienced anxiety issues and it's not pleasant for anyone! You are responsible for your pet and any damage/s occurred are payable by the guest. Guest access Please park your car on the available roadside (free parking) and enter through the main gate. Do not be afraid of the 'Beware of the dog" signage but please do "CLOSE THE GATE" at all times! There is a lovely Balinese gazebo for guests to sit and enjoy the garden and my Golden Retriever. Her name is iindie. She is now 9yrs old and lovably friendly for cuddles! Stop patting her and she'll let you know!! Other things to note ***** Infants (babies only) are welcome by request if they haven't begun crawling or walking. Sorry, the studio is not designed for young children. Over the age of 12 are welcome. (We can be negotiable on your child to stay however, you MUST inquire PRIOR to booking !!!) ***** Some pets are welcome but please request PRIOR to booking! Females only, sorry but please request PRIOR to booking with the breed/cross breed of your dog ..thank you! ***** Please wipe down the shower screens after showering with towel provided ..thanks! **** Help keep our bathroom hygienic clean by taking note of "toilet" signage!! *** Please empty used coffee grains into the garden ** Please DO NOT use utensils OR place hot items on the wooden bench in the kitchen ....several cutting boards and mats are provided ****NO food or drink to be consumped in the loft please, thank you! Water bottle is fine with secured lid ***Turn off all lights and aircon when vacating please (Please DO NOT leave aircon on during your stay when you are out n about!) ...thank you! **** We ask that if something is broken or damaged during your stay that you please let us know IMMEDIATELY, not after you leave so attempts may be made to resolve the matter ...thank you!
