Bright and spacious apartment (140 sq. m), beachfront and recently renewed: two bedroom with balconies, two bathrooms, kitchen with terrace, living and sitting room and a lounge. Furnished and decorated in a modern style, it is equipped with free Wi-Fi, SmartTV 60-inch with Netflix, Prime Video, Spotify and sat TV. The kitchen offers refrigerator and freezer, wine cellar, coffee machine, toaster, massage chair, etc. We advise the guests to rent a car during their stay to move around the region. You can enjoy it with long walks along the sea or sitting on one of the many terraces of bars and coffeshops to enjoy the Sea breath and the sunset while having a drink or discovering the local food of the region (in 2011 the seafood rice of Praia da Vieira was chosen as one of the national "7 Wonders of Gastronomy"). The procedure for the complete reconstruction of the building's external facades is underway and it will probably be necessary to close the calendar during the construction period (scheduled to start in the fall of 2019).
