Farmhouse with a sculptor's ambiance

Stylish Appenzell farmhouse, modern and spaciously converted, is looking for people with a sense of art and country life. The rooms are tastefully and creatively furnished and guarantee a unique living experience during the stay. The space The location of the farmhouse is only 2 km from the Austrian border, facing a wonderful nature reserve and the cities of Bregenz and St. Gallen can be reached in 20 km. The Alpstein with its many hiking opportunities can be reached in 40 minutes by car. There are sensational hikes and bike tours in the surrounding area of Lake Constance. The house can accommodate up to 11 people (if two people can sleep in 140 cm and 160 cm wide beds) and is therefore very ideal for family gatherings or group gatherings of any kind. Guests have a complete part of the house with their own kitchen and can cook their own meals. Dishes are fully available. Behind the house is a small seating area with tables and garden chairs, as well as a Hollywood swing. From this pretty garden place you can see the whole Bregenz Bay and the view to Lindau. Guest access The house part has its own entrance. The garden can be fully used and it is also possible to barbecue using a charcoal grill. The landlord couple lives right next door and is there for all information, information or assistance for you. We follow the Airbnb original idea of welcoming all guests personally and giving them an insight into our way of life. Other things to note There is a parking space for approx. 4 cars or a minibus right in front of the house. The house is directly adjacent to a road and is therefore very easily accessible by car. We also speak English, French and Spanish and a little Italian. English spoken; on parle français; hablamos español; parliamo italiano. Filling out the tourist tax or the overnight tax is not required. Christoph and I (the hosts) live in the adjacent part of the house and the two apartments are equipped with a connecting door. We are very careful to maintain proximity and distance from the guests. During the winter months, however, it is essential for us to heat the tiled stove in the morning so that guests can find a pleasant temperature after getting up. If this is not desired, we kindly ask for information in advance.
