The house itself has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, country style well appointed kitchen and both family and lounge rooms have wood burning fires. Step back in time and thoroughly enjoy this much loved holiday home owned by the same family for over a century. Comfortable outdoor setting for 8-10 and BBQ area overlooking Westernport Bay. Theres even a outdoor loo with a chandelier!! Hire just the house or bring extra guests and let out the cottage through the lynchgate at the bottom of the garden. 2 Further bedrooms, well appointed Kitchenette, Bathroom, Loungeroom and small dining room with the same gorgeous views. Little Breda has its own cottage garden and lawn area which is exclusively for the use of guests. At the bottom of the garden, we also have listed a separate fully self contained cottage which is holiday let as a separate entity. The cottage is ideal for a couple, or young family and has its own paved BBQ area, lawn and garden. Driveway for property is shared by both house and cottage. Guest Registration form (separate from Airbnb) to be filled and returned is a requirement of booking process. Other things to note Please Note: We also have a fully self contained cottage on our property. It is completely separate from the house. The house and cottage both have their own gardens and outdoor spaces, however a driveway is shared. Guest Registration form to be filled out as part of our booking process. This is quite separate to Airbnb registration.
