License Number: HS-00008-R22 The Pines Inn was built in the early 20's and has a history from before statehood with orginal pine floors all the way to what it is today. A completely remodeled home with modern efficiency preserving much of the original elements. We do not charge a cleaning fee or deposit which makes our total rate 'clear' and a true value stay with simple housekeeping expectations to accommodate for that value! READ BELOW REGARDING ADDITIONAL FEES AND HOUSE RULES. The space This awesome house has been transformed to accommodate guests exclusively on AirBnB. Our third venue linked to the Bamboo Inn and The Ranch. The Pines Inn can comfortably welcome one or two guests and up to 6 guests with plenty of room and privacy for all. At $100/per night up to two guests using one bed, a $15 charge for two guests using 2 beds and we do consider children of all ages as paying guests. A $15/guest/night over 2 up to six. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home and outside spaces. Your home away from home. Off-road parking is provided at no charge on the gravel drive to the left of the home…enough to accommodate three vehicles side-by-side easily. On-street parking is prohibited by guests and visitors. Other things to note Access to The Pines Inn is a snap….a coded lock box is located at your entry with alarm code information that will be shared the morning of your arrival date via AirBnB messaging. The property includes a monitored ADT Security System with motion activated cameras on the front porch and back deck to provide peace of mind with regard to your property and the contents of the Inn. The Inn and the neighborhood is a quiet retreat within the hustle and bustle of OKC…this is not a 'party venue' or place tolerating any late night noise, late night coming and going, illegal activity, underage alcohol use, drug use, or arriving intoxicated. If you expect to entertain visitors we must me given notice prior to arrival. If you should expect extra overnight guests not listed in your reservation number you must give us notice as soon as possible. It's a wonderful, well appointed home to make you 'at home' while visiting.
