This charming home is a few blocks from Westport, KU Med, UMKC, and the Plaza. I'm just down the street from the best BBQ KC has to offer - Joe's KC! You will have comfy pillow-top beds with a shared bathroom. Brand new private backyard with fabulous seating area. Enjoy my diverse neighborhood! Everyone who enters my home always comments on how cozy and inviting it is. I hope you experience this for yourself! There is ample space and storage for your stuff. The layout is open with plenty of windows for good lighting. I even have two driveways!?! I do live here full time (except when you are here). (I learned this little hospitality treat while living in Europe.) Please refrain from eating the food or drinking the booze in the house. You will have a little local refreshment greeting you when you arrive. ;) Welcome to the city of fountains, jazz, and BBQ! I love the location of my neighborhood and its diversity. Kansas City, KS is basically the same city as Kansas City, MO, just separated by the state line. I am just a few streets west of the state line. We have the best KC BBQ - Joe's Kansas City! The new IKEA is super close as well. My street is relatively quiet with nice neighbors and 10 minutes away from just about everything this town has to offer. We have Uber and Lyft and a local bus line (Rosedale 105) to help you get around. KC does have a bus system that you can connect to if you don't have a car. I will have that map in the room for you. If I am able, I can pick you up from the airport for an additional $30. I do have off-street parking available if you have a car. My family has a farm where we specialize in grass fed beef and farm-to-table dinners. If this is down your alley, I can have some local beef available for you when you arrive to purchase or some of our crazy good preserved food. (My favorite are my mom's jams ;) ) Ask if you have more questions. The bathroom is a jack-and-Jill style shared bathroom located between the bedrooms.
