You will appreciate the calm of the property and the independence allowed by the 6 independent bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with shower and/or bathtub and toilet. The vast garden on 4 hectares disconnects, rests. The very large swimming pool with diving board, 14 m long and 6 m wide, allows a large group to swim. You can book 7 days or 14 days upon request. Thank you! Large rustic country house with pool. Built in 1972, this large country home has kept its rustic and authentic charm. Each season reveals a different atmosphere: the summer laughter around the pool, the flames in one of the two fireplaces in the fall and winter, or the first barbecues of spring on the terrace overlooking the garden. Included: Bed linen only (beds made) . ⚠️ Not included: Towels, bath mat and pool towels are not provided, do not forget to bring them. Before you book, please review the house rules carefully to make sure the operating mode is right for you. SWIMMING POOL: open on average from May 15 to September 30. Partial fence: courtyard side towards pool and terrace side of the cottage towards pool. The wood side is not fenced. Operational anti-immersion alarm. ⸻ House description • Equipped kitchen: oven, 2 fridges, microwave, ceramic hobs, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle... • Outdoor ping pong table available from April to October. • Living room: comfortable sofas, small fireplace, desk with internet wifi box, library. • Dining Room: Large solid wood table for convivial meals, central fireplace secured by firewalls, sofa and TV. The house is not step-free or suitable for PRMs, but it offers 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 bedrooms upstairs. The mezzanine with exposed beams accentuates the countryside and warm atmosphere. ⸻ Bedrooms and bathrooms The 6 bedrooms are real suites, each equipped with its own private bathroom (shower and/or bathtub and toilet). The 4 bathrooms on the floor were redone in 2025. ⸻ Outdoors Enjoy a large terrace supported by columns inspired by buildings across the Atlantic, with views of the park. A large wooden table and barbecues are available here. The vast lawn will delight young and old alike. Guest access What is not accessible to tenants: the basement, the machinery of the house and the closet of the cleaning staff; the small non-adjoining house, the courtyard being located in the yard and the small adjoining house. Other things to note - Check-in and checkout weekend from Friday to Sunday: check-in from 5pm and departure before 12pm. Check-in on weekdays from 6 p.m. - Check-in and checkout from Saturday to Saturday for 7 days of rental: check-in from 6pm on Saturday and departure before 10am. Same times for rentals of more than 3 nights.
