This property is the ideal base for your Taupo and Central Plateau adventures. Use it as a base for skiing or snowboarding at Whakapapa or Tukino Skifields. Go tramping on the Tongariro Crossing, or Trout Fishing on the Tongariro River. Go white water rafting or just enjoy one of the many walks in the area. Bring your own boat (off street Parking), kayak or hire a boat and enjoy the lake. Just 10 minutes drive to Turangi. The space There are three bedrooms in total with a large living area and separate lounge with TV. There is an outdoor area with a picnic table, trampoline for the kids to enjoy, plus a playground just down the road. There is also a large soccer field, tennis court and basketball court nearby. There is a portacot and highchair available for infants. This is a large house and you will have full use of the ground floor. We use the upstairs as our holiday home, so we may be there during your stay, may be not. Guest access There is a lock box at the property with a key and guests will access through the front door. Other things to note The wifi here is pretty weak. I have tried everything to make it better but I'm afraid it's just the way it is. If you're hoping to watch Netflix or make video calls to home, then this will not be the place for you! You will need to take your own towels. There are two queen beds, single bunks, one single and a single roll out trundle bed. Rubbish collection is Tuesday mornings. If your stay includes a Tuesday, you can leave your bin bags out by the mail box.
