Whether it's coming for a day by the sea, a celebration dinner at the Lympstone Manor hotel, a parade at the Commando camp, or a visit to the National Trust's A la Ronde, our chalet bungalow is in easy reach of them all. Your double bedroom has tea & coffee available in the room. A continental breakfast will be served in the room overlooking the garden. There is a separate bathroom solely for your use on the same floor. We have off road parking, cycle storage & local bus services close by. The space Our bungalow has stunning views of the sea and river Exe, with easy access by footpath down to the river Exe cycle trail. Out of our gate you can just walk a few metres directly to the National Trust house of A la Ronde, which is open Tuesday to Sunday from March until the end of October. Your room and private bathroom are on the first floor up a flight of stairs in the loft conversion, which would be solely for your use, and there are 3 steps from the driveway into the house . Tea & coffee making facilities are available in it. We have a travel cot available for use in the room. A continental breakfast of cereal, toast, fruit & yoghurt will be served overlooking the garden in the room. You can park on the driveway and can leave bicycles in our garage. There are stunning beaches with miles of the South West coast path to explore. Exmouth has easy transport links to Exeter, either by train or bus and is just a half an hour's ride away. Guest access There is a sunny patio at the front of the property from where you can enjoy views of the sea to Berry Head and the river Exe and the rear garden has sun all day long . During your stay My husband and I have lots of information available about local attractions and eating places and are very willing to give suggestions. Other things to note An additional single bed or cot are available in the room at a fee and lifts from the station can be arranged all by prior arrangement.
