Garden Flat- walk to town/Hospital/Rail Trail

Our flat is self-contained, positioned below our 1930s home and has a pleasant garden outlook. Only 5 minutes ride to the Rail Trail. Queen-sized bed and separate living area, shower and toilet. Catch a bus at the door or ride a bicycle. CBD and local cafes and shops. is easy 10 min walk. There is a double sofa bed in a separate room from the main bedroom, to accommodate an extra guest or child. I have 2 bikes you can borrow for a small fee. The space Cosy and completely private, although my family and I live upstairs, and I am available to help you with your questions ; Queen bed; a sofa bed is available and linen can be added for $20 per night. Guest access Self- contained flat with private entrance. Own shower and toilet, "kitchenette" (microwave, fridge, hotplate, coffe machine,) Private courtyard.
