On the ground floor there are the kitchen, dining room and breakfasts; on the upper floor there are private rooms. From the Agriturismo you can reach the coast (Lignano Sabbiadoro and Caorle) and the Friulian Dolomites in 45 minutes and, in halfan hour, the Sagra del Prosciutto di San Daniele. We can also offer you beautiful hiking or horseback riding and itineraries among wines, art, taverns, canals and palaces. We are located near important cities of art: Portogruaro, Pordenone, Udine and Treviso. The space A further specialisation of our structure is that of equity tourism. We offer, in fact, the possibility of walking and trekking in the Magredi area and the Friulian foothills, riding lessons with different goals depending on the age of the student, summer center, birthday events and parties, horse pension in paddock. For this activity, the affiliate center, JL Ranch, provides members with two UISP Instructors for their institutional activities. Finally, an important project of environmental recovery and photographic naturalistic tourism has been developed within our estate. Here you can connect with nature, observe and photograph different species of birds and animals in their natural habitat. Other things to note Our property is of course a Farmhouse and therefore we offer in addition to breakfast and overnight service also lunch and dinner of excellent quality, prepared according to local tradition and with products at km 0, cultivated and harvested in our estate. We have a long professional experience as a Social Educational Farm and in addition to having a wide variety of animals and crops for educational, educational purposes for schools and families, we constantly work in contact with disabilities: we are therefore an ideal structure to welcome guests with disabilities.
