Complete with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, our home is the perfect place to set up your vacation home base for anywhere from two nights to several months. With a fully fenced in backyard, shaded patio area, large eat-in kitchen, and comfortable living space, we want you to feel like this is your home away from home. Shake off your worries and let us take care of your housing needs during your stay in The Valley of the Sun. The space This house is a beautifully remodeled space complete with all the necessities to make your stay absolutely perfect. The house is a cozy three bedroom with two full bathrooms. The kitchen opens to an eat-in table that allows you to share meals with your friends and family in a comfortable space. The 1600 square feet of sprawling wood-style floors continue out to the back patio that is complete with a brand new patio set and large family games that are good for all ages. The master bedroom has sliding glass doors that open out to the quaint backyard, complete with an amazing old tree that provides plenty of shade for the hot summer months. The house also has a two car garage that will protect your vehicle from the Arizona heat. In addition to ample parking space, you will also find two bikes that allow you to explore the local hot spots with a short ride around the block! Being dog owners ourselves, we also realize the importance of bringing our pets on vacation with us. We have an extremely pet friendly house, which includes a doggie door out to the fenced in back yard, a dog bed in the master bedroom, and a basket full of toys for them to play with when you are out and about. For those who do not have any pets, we deep clean our house in between every guest to make sure there is no evidence of pets during your stay! Please Note: Our oven functions, however the self-cleaning latch is broken, so there are no self-clean capabilities. Due to the age of the oven, we are unable to get this fixed. You are able to Kasher the oven via any other methods available. This home also has a very standard Arizona style master bathroom layout where there is no door between the master bedroom and bathroom. You can see this in the photos, please make sure you are comfortable with this prior to booking. Other things to note Pet fee is $100 per pet per stay. There is a dog door out to the back yard for your furry friend's convenience.
