Within its two levels, it features 2 modern bedrooms, 3 deluxe bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area, a spacious private pool, air-conditioning, parking spaces, free Wi-Fi, and numerous other luxurious amenities. The space In detail, its interior includes 100m2, that comprise a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6 guests, and a spacious living room with fireplace. This level is also facilitated with a bathroom. A staircase leads up to the second level of the villa, where 2 modern bedrooms are provided, both with twin beds that can easily be converted into a comfortable, big double bed. There are 2 deluxe bathrooms on this level, for each of the bedrooms. An extra, 5th guest could sleep on a sofa bed on the first level. The exterior spaces of the villa comprise balconies and a large, shaded terrace with a patio dining set if you wish to enjoy your meals al-fresco while admiring the mesmerising landscape around you. Moreover, there is a spacious, private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas around it for the visitors to enjoy the stunning views either during the daytime or by night. The atmosphere of the place will amaze you and amply offer you the desired relaxation and tranquillity, just by watching the endless, lush nature that spreads before you until it reaches the crystal clear sea of Almirou Bay. In addition, there is a BBQ facility, shared with the other two villas that are set in the estate.
