The Rising Tide Oceanfront Cottage- Charming Dog Friendly Home with a hot tub! We love our getaway on the beach and we are excited to welcome you as our guests! The home has an authentic charm about it as it is nestled on a dune bank overlooking the ocean with a short path to get to the sand. We allow 1 night stays weekdays. The house is dog friendly and we don't charge an additional fee for pets. The house was built in 1920 so it has a nostalgic charm to it but it has stayed with the times in many ways. A couple of key things that are unsual as far as the layout is concerned is that there is only one bathroom for the house and it is small with only a clawfoot tub/shower combo so that can be difficult for anyone who has difficulty stepping into a higher tub. The third bedroom/loft upstairs has a private door but you have to walk through the downstairs bedroom to get to it so it is generally recommended as a spot for kids to sleep or someone who doesn't mind having to walk through the bedroom to get into the main living area or bathroom.
