Located less than 5kms from the busy village of Carrigart, there are stunning 180+ degree views to the North and East towards the mountains of the Fanad and Inishowen peninsulas, over-looking the calm waters of Mulroy Bay. The house is warm, with triple glazing and underfloor heating. There is a gas boiler but most of the hot water and daytime electricity requirements are met by the 12 solar PV panels. The space The magnificent view is what defines the experience, constantly changing with the weather and the seasons. Sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. The main living area and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is equipped with such amenities as a double oven, dishwasher, powerful induction hob, toaster, fridge, microwave, sandwich maker and air fryer . The copper clad island has 2 comfy stools with embedded programmable LED strip providing a suitable ambiance. The utility room has both a 9kg washing machine and dryer. There is a 65in LG UHD Smart TV with every conceivable channel included. Fast WiFi internet is available throughout. There are also a large number of books available to read. Downstairs bathroom has a stunning free standing bath with classic white subway tiles. There are 2 smaller bedrooms containing a double bed and 2 singles respectively. Upstairs are 2 large ensuite bedrooms each with king size beds and a large wardrobe. Flooring is bamboo upstairs and Italian tile downstairs. Throughout are artistic touches and tasteful furnishings and all of the rooms have individual touches including artwork from Bali, Indonesia. Double doors open out onto a south facing patio which leads to a lawn and large outside area, which is still being planted and landscaped. Guest access The whole house is included.
