Spend an unforgettable stay in our chalet, on the heights of the village of Le Ménil, in the hollow of the Ballons. Hiking, cycling and outdoor recreation are available. The cottage offers plenty of activities for young and old: billiards, game console, various board games, and swing and trampoline in the summer season. Foodies are not forgotten: raclette, fondue, pancakes, barbecue... Everything you need for baby is there. Pets and electric cars are welcome. It has all the comforts (fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs, rotating heat oven, microwave oven, 2 raclettes, one with 8 pans and a traditional ramp, 2 fondue services, kettle, crep 'party, chocolate fountain, food processor, deep fryer, toaster, electric coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine and dryer), with a large terrace (with awning) overlooking the fenced garden equipped with a trampoline and a swing for the children's enjoyment. In the living area you will find a 40'flat screen TV (Freebox TV), a Wii console with various games, and many board games for all ages, as well as a DVD player with a selection of movies and an Amazon smart speaker. The large dining table, which allows you to eat up to 10 people, turns into a real pool table equipped with 3 different types of balls and two standard tails. The main rooms are all equipped with RJ45 outlets. The ground floor bedroom has two 90*200 beds that can be paired to turn into a king size bed. The third bed in this bedroom is a new, very comfortable slatted folding bed. The single beds in the upstairs bedroom are: two 90*190 beds and a drawer bed more suitable for a child from 5 to 10 years old. The other two upstairs bedrooms each feature a 160*200 bed. A crib with bars is at your disposal upon request, and can be accommodated there, leaving enough space to move around. Each bedroom has storage and a clothing rack with a dozen or so hangers. For bathrooms, a small shower room is located on the ground floor, while upstairs the large bathroom offers a double-vasque a very large bathtub, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. Each level is equipped with its own separate toilet. If you come with your four-legged companion, the floor of the house will be prohibited in order to preserve the carpets in the rooms. The outside is composed of a terrace part accessible directly from the living room and a country garden. The terrace is equipped with two tables and 10 chairs , as well as a relaxation area with 4 relaxing chairs and 2 mini for the little ones. A fixed charcoal grill is also available. The garden has a secure trampoline 3m in diameter and a gantry with 2 swings. These two amenities will be used under adult supervision. The lower part of the garden is intentionally left in a slightly wilder state in order to promote the installation of small wildlife. Also, it's not an easily accessible place. If you come with an electric car, I offer you a reinforced Green UP outlet, at extra cost so as not to impact my base rate. I suggest you turn it on from 11pm to 9am for €10/night where you need it. There is a key box for late and self check-in, upon request I will send you the code. Guest access You will have full use of the chalet, but not the garage because we use it to store equipment. The parking lot in front of the house allows you to park 3 cars and has a reinforced outlet to allow you to charge your electric vehicle. Outdoor leisure equipment (trampoline and swing) may be used in season by children under adult supervision. Pets that accompany you are not allowed upstairs, in order to preserve the stairs and carpets of the bedrooms. Other things to note SUPPLEMENTS: - Linen: €7/bed 1 pers. where 14€/bed 2 pers. for sheets, beds made on arrival and €3/pers. for towels, a set of towels (1 large + 2 small + 1 washcloth per person).
