Contemporary studio annexe in Temple Cloud

Situated just off the A37 on the edge of the Mendip hills. The ideal base for visiting Wells, Cheddar, Glastonbury, Bath and Bristol. All within a 25 minute drive. There is a petrol station with a convenience store and post office in the village. Opposite the garage is a pub called The Temple Inn- just a 5 minute walk away. A farm shop is 5 minute drive away and a local chinese takeaway within walking distance. There is a hourly bus that will take you directly to Bristol city centre or Wells. The space The annexe is attached to Cholwell Barn, which was originally built in the 1800’s and used as milk barn. A recently renovated bijou, self-contained annexe, which is attached to main house (where we live) with a separate entrance and space for parking. Inside the room there is a sitting area with sofa, a bed and small kitchenette as well as an en-suite shower room. Although we are just off the a37, the studio annexe has double glazing throughout. The room offers a studio apartment with either a super king size bed or two twin beds. It has a shower room and a kitchen/living area. Kitchenette Our kitchenette offers a mini fridge, sink, nespresso machine, microwave, cutlery, crockery, glasses, kettle and toaster. Please note there is no oven or hob. We also provide porridge and cornflakes for breakfast, as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate and milk of choice. You will also find an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. All bed linen, toilet rolls and towels are provided. We also provide a fan for the summer months. Shower room The contemporary shower room offers a rain shower and separate shower handset. Basin, towel rail and cabinet also included. Garden Access to private front garden (seen in picture) with countryside views and of a horses opposite in a paddock. Also provided are two floor mounted bicycle racks. *Please specify when booking whether you would like the bed to be made up as a super king or two twin beds.* *Please specify when booking -what milk you would like.* Guest access There are 3 steps up to the shower room. Parking available directly infront of annexe. Other things to note We do not allow pets or smoking inside the space. We do have 2 radiators in the main room and one radiator in the shower room- plumbed in from the main house.
