Perfect location to enjoy the renowned festivals of Gers: International Jazz Festival in Marciac, Tempo Latino in Vic-Fezensac, motor racing in Nogaro or various regional Ferias. The space You will have a 22 m2 bedroom, accessible from the living room staircase (photo opposite), including a double bed, a desk area, a wardrobe area and a bookcase. The private bathroom includes a shower area and sink with mirror and outlet nearby. The toilet is separate. Towels and sheets/duvets will be available. You will enjoy breakfast served in the morning, included in the price, including the choice between tea, coffee, chocolate, toast, butter and local jams... Guest access You will have the opportunity to park your vehicle in front of the winery without any difficulty and safely. We are a stone's throw from the village of Gondrin, with all amenities, and a few hundred meters from a very pleasant greenway going from the towns of Condom (15 km) to Eauze (12 km). Finally, we would love to guide you to the many cultural sites that the Gers contains (the Abbey of Flaran, the fortified village of Larressingle, the classified village of Fourcès, the Gallo-Roman past of Eauze, the thermal baths of Lectoure...).
