Cozy and spacious 3½-room (2-bedroom) family apartment (with parking) in the center of Klosters with a fantastic mountain and valley view. The center of Klosters with numerous restaurants, various shopping facilities, the train station Klosters-Platz and the Gotschna mountain cableway, starting point for 100 km of slopes in the world famous ski area Parsenn, are reachable in 8mins by foot or by bus (150m from the front door). Also, the family skiing area Madrisa can be reached by bus in no time. The space The apartment is on the first floor, with its entrance at ground level from the street. Directly in front of the entrance, there is one parking spot included in the price. Further public parking spaces, which can be used for several days for a fee, are located at the end of the street (150m) or downtown. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with its own wash basin. The master bedroom has a large double bed (2 x 95x200cm). In the second bedroom, there is also a large double bed (2 x 90x200cm), whereby a table can be folded down instead of one bed. This room can also be converted into a large playroom. Both bedrooms offer a fantastic view on Gotschna mountain and the Prättigau valley. The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove and oven. The light-flooded living room also offers a fantastic view on Gotschna and the Prättigau and invites you to linger and enjoy a cozy get-together. In front of the living room is the balcony which is sunny all day. The living room is equipped with a cable TV and high speed wireless internet is available in the whole apartment (WLAN). A few cupboards are locked for the storage of private things. Guest access The apartment is at your sole disposal. You have access to all parts of the apartment, except to another private (of course unoccupied) room, which is locked. Ski room available; guests are requested to use it. Included in the price is a parking space directly in front of the house. The access to the apartment is at ground level. Earlier or later arrival is possible by arrangement. Other things to note Important: The apartments above and below are permanently occupied. Therefore, all guests are requested to keep to the night's rest. Guests are asked to be considerate of their neighbors and to reduce conversations, music and TV to a volume appropriate to the time from 10pm on. The compulsory guest tax of the municipality of Klosters of CHF 5.50 per person and night (children are free of charge up to their 12th birthday) has to be paid upon arrival in cash (or via TWINT). With the guest card you enjoy free travel on the public transports (local buses Klosters-Serneus and Rhaetian Railway Saas – Klosters – Davos – Flisur). You have free access to the cross-country ski tracks in Klosters and in Davos as well as to the ice skating rink in Klosters and benefit from numerous other discounts.
