Don’t wait! *NO PARTIES & no persons outside of your originally contracted group may visit the property during your stay.* This property is a perfect getaway situated between Holland, Grand Haven & Grand Rapids right on Lakeshore Dr. Our home sits up on a hill overlooking a beautiful 6 acre pond. You will feel as though you are at your own personal resort w/private heated indoor pool & sauna! The space This is the perfect getaway for your family. You'll enjoy lounging on the front deck by the pool and taking a quick dip in the water, too. The rec room offers a pool table, ping pong table and mini shuffleboard. One of the things we enjoy most about our home is preparing a delicious meal and sitting at the table, on the back deck, which overlooks the pond, taking our time enjoying the food, view & company. We ask that you respect our neighbors with quiet time between 10pm and 8am. We love our neighbors, so make sure that when we return, we will get good reports about our guests! Thank you! NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES. Please note: Any violation of our house rules will result in an immediate and nonrefundable eviction. **You may not stop by the property to view it at any time without written permission from Jennifer.** Guest access Pool: We have two access doors to the poolroom - one from the outside and one from the inside lower level of the house. They are both locked and can only be entered with a four digit code. This security feature is in place to ensure children do not access the poolroom unless under supervision. We require that an adult serve as lifeguard when in the pool room. This person will not be swimming, but rather keeping watch over persons in the pool at all times. Whenever the lifeguard leaves the room, they must transfer the responsibility to another adult, who will serve as lifeguard, and will not swim. Please respect the danger of the water at all times. Pond: No swimming as the bottom is muck. The yard by the pond is a great place to play yard games and enjoy a fire in the fire pit. Other things to note - USBR 35 (Lakeshore Drive) at the end of our driveway. -We have two adult 21 speed bikes for your use. - Public boat launch only 1.5 miles north. - Numerous parks & hiking trails within 10 miles. - Grand Haven State Park 13.5 miles north. - Holland State Park 8.5 miles south. - Saugatuck Dunes State Park 20 miles south. - No loud music outside. - Life jackets must be worn by all persons if kayaking on pond. We have several life jackets, for both adults and children, available for your use. - Using pool/sauna/pond while under influence of alcohol/drugs is strictly prohibited. - No running in pool room. - No diving in pool. - Use caution when enjoying pool and sauna. Exit sauna immediately if feeling dizzy or sleepy and check with doctor before use if pregnant, in poor health or under medical care.
