Just beyond the dining table is the kitchen-fully stocked for you to enjoy meals of your choice. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove top and oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee pot and toaster. There is also an electric grill on the back patio with access through the kitchen. One full bathroom offers a step-in shower. Just beyond the living area is the bedroom, separated by a large barn door. The bedroom has a queen bed. Tucked up above the bedroom by way of a ladder there is a king size loft bed. This darling cottage offers beach vibes throughout, with thoughtful use of the space you can comfortably enjoy it with up to 5 guests. Capitola Village is one of the best destinations Santa Cruz has to offer! Perfect for long stays with easy access to all the wonders of Capitola and Santa Cruz. Two Units Available, Unit A is also available for rent in this duplex and can be rented out for more space for the family- Ask for details! Guest access We will provide you with check in instructions 48 hours before arrival. There will be a keypad on the front door for easy check in and guests can arrive at their convenience. We also provide a welcome binder with additional details about the property and the neighborhood. Other things to note Parking can be difficult in Capitola Village! There is only ONE shared private parking space for Units A&B, so parking is not guaranteed. There is public street parking on Bluegum and also a public parking lot across the street on Capitola Avenue. There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. NOTE: Please be aware that due to cooler climate experienced from ocean breezes, properties in Santa Cruz County, especially near the coast, typically do not have air conditioning.
