Hollytrees: fabulous basement flat Stirling centre

Hollytrees - a lovely basement flat in a handsome 200 year old house in Stirling centre. The flat is very well appointed, situated in the conservation area. Stirling is an historic town with lots of attractions, such as the castle and surrounding area. It's also a great base for exploring Scotland. There is a good selection of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. This flat would be an ideal choice for couples / families. No parking on property but plenty paid parking nearby. The space This well appointed flat has been decorated, furnished and maintained to a very high standard - it has a lovely comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a smart tv. One of the sofas can be made up to accomodate a fifth guest, if required. The kitchen has a 7 burner gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, seating for 4 adults and large fridge freezer. There are two large bedrooms, the first has a super king sized bed, an ensuite shower room and walk in wardrobe; the second has a king sized bed and plenty of storage space. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath. Guest access Guests can use the on-street paid parking immediately outside the property in the marked parking areas. The main property sits within a gated garden. Hollytrees is accessed via a wrought iron gate to the right of the main house which leads to a small private area and access stairs to the flat's main door. Hollytrees is a basement flat accessible only via external stairs. As such it is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with limited mobility. The Hosts' private garden is at the rear of the property. Other things to note This is a no smoking property. Parking is on street outside the property and is free overnight between the hours of 1730 - 0845, and also all day on a Sunday. Outwith these times the current charge is £3.00 for a 4 hour stay which can be paid by any major credit card. The ticket machines are very close to the property.
