Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment with grande balcony

Our apartment, with panoramic lake views, is located on our private estate on the shore of Lake Kardzhali, in south eastern Bulgaria. Guests have access to the entire property including the plunge pool and lounge & BBQ area on the lakeshore. If you are looking or a private get away, off the beaten path, with all the amenities of home, look no further! We are happy to take guests out onto the lake, which is also lovely for swimming, or to one of the many historic and natural sights in the area. The space Ours is a home away from home concept set in nature. The apartment is located on our private lakefront property and has panoramic views of the lake. The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms; one double and a second bedroom with 2 singles that can be joined to make a double. There is a spacious bathroom which can be accessed directly from the master bedroom and the hall. There is a large living with open kitchen and dining area. Satellite TV is available as is a PS4 console. Last but by no means least, the apartment comes with a private 55 square meter balcony with panoramic lake views, lounge chairs a dining area and grill! Guest access Guests will have sole access to the whole apartment and private balcony as well as to the entire 2.5 hectare estate. We only rent out 3 apartments so it will never be busy. There is direct access to the lake, which is great for swimming in summer, as well as a lounge/BBQ/Bar area by the shore. Other things to note If you wish to bring a pet please contact us in advance. We are pet friendly but we do have dogs, cats and chickens on the property. All our pets are people/child friendly also ;). ...but having other (larger, male) dogs around can sometimes cause some tension.
