38 m2 house dating from 1915, renovated, ideally located to visit the Château de Chambord, Villesavin or Cherverny, all accessible by bike through our beautiful Sologne. Château de Chambord is 8 km by bike with only 100 m of road and then recent paths will take you directly to the foot of the Château. You can also visit the famous Beauval Zoo located 40 km away. The village center is an 8-minute walk away where you can find many shops and restaurants. The space You will be welcomed in a small house full of charm by an entrance combining shoe cabinet, coat rack and mirror, as well as a living room with TV and console/desk, a bathroom with toilet offers you a shower of 70 x 90 cm small but functional with its niches for your shower products (hair dryer available). If you wish, we can provide towels for an extra charge. An equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious dishes, + table for 4 people. The bedroom will offer you a 160 x 200 cm bed, as well as a wardrobe. Pillows, bolster and mattress are protected by disposable mattress protectors, changed after each stay. Bed linen is included and your bed will be made upon your arrival. New: a Wi-Fi connection is dedicated to the accommodation. Guest access Your car can be parked safely in the enclosed courtyard, access through a 2.5 m gate, and if you are on a bike, don't panic, they too can sleep safely and securely in an annex. Other things to note You can enjoy a fully private outdoor area of more than 900 m2 with terrace for your summer meals. Two deckchairs are also available to enjoy the great outdoors.
