A cozy cottage attached to the main house with private entrance and parking right in front. Equipped with mini-fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Wifi and TV with Netflix. Decor is restful neutral tones with gold accents. Custom tile bathroom and shower have a luxury spa feel. Located on a pretty 6 acre farm just 3 short miles from Historic Down Town Grants Pass. Pond on property is beautiful especially in Spring and Summer with lots of different birds. The bed is comfy, the room is bright but we have dark curtains if you want to sleep in. It is separated from the main house by the laundry room and dining room and so it feels more like you are staying in your own apartment next door to the main house. We are located in a farming area and so it feels far away when in reality we are right on Upper River Road and it is only a short drive right into historic downtown. We have cows and llama next door, as well as a golf course on one side and a farm on the other. Feel free to wander the property or sit on the lawn chairs in front of the house to enjoy the pond and the mountains. Please don't enter any of the barns, garages or out buildings. We no longer live on site but we are only a short 3 miles away. Self check in is effortless and I am always responsive to text or Airbnb message. The area is beautiful farm land and we fortunate to be located right between two local favorites Fort Vannoy Farms (amazing corn!) and Rogue Creamery (award winning blue cheese!) The location is convenient to hiking, rafting, wine tasting and all that beautiful Southern Oregon has to offer! Breakfast is in room continental style. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, breakfast bars, various flavored oatmeals, all self serve. It is a farm property and so sometimes there is farm equipment around, tractor, farm truck, trailers etc.
