The house is situated in a peaceful area, about 15km from Antwerp. In the village Schoten there are restaurants and grocery shops, about 1 km from the house. 8km from the Lotto Arena. The space The house is fully accessible! Living with fireplace, lovely garden to chill out with petanque court, equipped kitchen,... The bedrooms are on the first floor and have a double bed. Guest access Large garden to relax in during the winter nest in front of the fireplace! I rent out a room in my house. The room is located on the first floor. The bathroom you share with me. There's a shower, a bath in the bathroom. Towels and bedlinen are available. The toilet is in the hallway. You can use my kitchen / fridge and its equipment. The garage is perfect to store your bicycles. Parking spaces are available on the driveway in front of the house. Other things to note Near sports palace, medieval park, pear forest, sauna complex brass skating bathhouse, museums & all kinds of restos. No smoking. No parties or events. I have a non-smoking house, but of course you can smoke outside. You may use all spaces in the house as well as my equipment. However, please treat them with as much respect as I do.
