Between land and sea, a must-see in Southern Brittany. Numerous activities: very beautiful beaches nearby, walks, hikes, sailing, canoeing, paddle boarding, cruise on the Vilaine, horseback riding, zoo,... Wooden house with bright volumes. Very pleasant, its spaces open onto a beautiful wooden terrace and a wooded garden. Wooden floors, cozy carpets, antique and modern furniture, everything has been done to create a soft and warm atmosphere. The space The house consists of a large living room on the ground floor (living room, kitchen, dining room) equipped with a stove. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine... It opens onto a large south-facing wooden terrace. (garden chairs, hammock and Weber barbecue) In the back kitchen, you will find a small shower room for more simplicity when returning from the beach! A laundry area is dedicated to laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs you will find: a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a single bed upstairs, a third bedroom with a single bed, a relaxation/library room with a very comfortable double sofa bed and a bathroom/toilet with shower. Our house is kid friendly, you will find children's books and games (Brio train, Playmobil, Lego, Kapla, board games) + as well as baby equipment (baby bed, baby bath, high chair, cooker/blender, stair gate). Guest access You have a comfortable 120 m² house with a 700 m² south-facing garden. Other things to note This is our main house, which we imagined and designed ourselves, for a practical and comfortable life. Our tenants have our full confidence and we thank you in advance for taking care of our nest... Please note that you need to bring your linens, dishcloths, bath towels and bed linens. (1 bed 160*200 with duvet 240*220, 4 beds 80*200 with 4 duvets 140*200 as well as rectangular pillows 50*70)
