Highly comfortable gite located on a former farm estate, a few kilometers from Castelnaudary and the Canal du Midi. There are many walking trails available on-site, and you will enjoy the tranquility of the Lauragais region. Large swimming pool (10m/5m depth 1.40M of water). Linens and towels are provided. The dwelling area is on the 1st floor. A laundry room equipped with a fridge, sink, dishwasher and ice maker is also available for your use. The space Our cottage is located in the middle of the fields, so you will spend a quiet and relaxing stay. It is an hour from the sea or the mountains. There are plenty of visits nearby to occupy your days. Guest access Guests have access to the cottage and its outdoor areas: swimming pool, terrace and garden. Numerous recreational facilities are also available for their use: pool table, foosball table, table tennis, air hockey and Pac-Man arcade game. Children can enjoy the treehouse and the play structure with slide. A great place to fully enjoy a stay with family or friends. Other things to note The main rooms of the cottage are located upstairs and are accessible via a staircase. Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €40 per stay. They are not allowed in the bedrooms. Part of the garden around the pool is fenced. We also have two dogs on the property. For a relaxing moment, you can book a massage, at home or in a salon in Castelnaudary, by prior reservation.
