This apartment offers a serene retreat amidst the city's vibrant energy. The duplex features modern amenities, comfortable furnishings, and ample natural light, ensuring a relaxing stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it provides easy access to local attractions, dining, and public transportation. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our duplex is the perfect home away from home. Guest access Guests enjoy full access to everything inside the apartment, including en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Additionally, there is a shared laundry room, also front porch and rear verandah with grills and dining space. Other things to note The apartment is located in the private community where residents highly value privacy and security. You will enjoy peace and quiet. There are several beaches in the neighborhood. Outside the community: 1. Northern beach (on the north side of the peninsula) is wild with a lot of activities (dogs are allowed all the time). Entrance is at West 37 Street and Bayview Ave. 2. Coney Island beach/Brighton Beach is 2.3 miles worth of sandy beaches, parties, Coney Island Luna Park, Baseball Park, Carousel, Wonder Wheel, Nathans, other restaurants and bars (dogs are allowed on the beach off season). Closest entrance is at West 37 Street and Surf Ave. These beaches are free to use year around. There is a Swimming beach with the entrance at Beach 42nd street and Surf Ave inside the community, access is limited and not free (prices are determined by the community management). However, it is free from sunrise and 9AM and after 8PM till sunset. It is fully free of charge before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, and dogs are also allowed off-season. Free street parking is available outside of the community, east of West 37 street. Parking inside the community is restricted and subject to towing without a permit for the hours of 1AM-6AM. Street parking permits are available for purchase at the management office. Designated on premises parking spot is available, $15 daily, 75 weekly, $200 monthly. Should you decide to obtain and pay for parking on premises, it will be assigned upon arrival and you may pay for it through common funds transfer or through the platform.
