Holly@Old Jocks Own entrance bedroom with en-suite

We have 2 listings at the rear of our cottage (Holly or Willow) each having their own entrance & en-suite shower room. There's a Freesat tv, mini fridge, kettle, toaster,crockery & cutlery. We provide coffee, tea, sugar & milk pots. We are walking distance to Tarbet pier, Kirk O The Loch,Tarbet hotel & bus stop & train station. I like to give guests privacy & it’s self check in. PLEASE NOTE This is a small bedroom & small ensuite with NO cooking facilities or lounge. The space A small private double bedroom with an ensuite shower room at the rear of our detached cottage. You have your own entrance and it's self check in by keysafe on arrival. There is a Freesat TV, mini fridge, kettle and toaster. We provide crockery & cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar & milk pots, a couple of breakfast items which normally consists of a porridge pot & cereal bar. There is parking (1 vehicle per guest room) on our drive at the front of the cottage. You have use of the shared use of our back garden, which has a stream that runs alongside the cottage and a picnic table or bistro set. PLEASE NOTE This is a small double bedroom with NO cooking facilities or seating area. This used to be a twin room with 2 single beds but now has a double bed. Guest access Guests have access to their own en-suite bedroom which has its own entrance and shared use of the back garden. There is a bistro set just outside the room. There is parking for 1 vehicle per guest room on our drive at the front of the cottage. Sorry the front garden & the gazebo are private. Other things to note Old Jocks cottage is in Tarbet, a small quiet village in the Loch Lomond and the trossachs national park. There aren't many facilities in our small village. There is Tarbet hotel & Kirk O The Lochs restaurant. Arrochar has a few more choices for evening meals a couple of miles away and a small shop. Please be courteous to our neighbours and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum. Only 2 guests per room. Due to our licence and courtesy of our other guests please don't bring friends or family to our property. Not suitable for children under 12. Check out is at 10am, we would appreciate this is adhered to as we have other jobs. It is a tight turn into our drive so please take it slowly. Please have a look at our directions after booking as Sat Nav sends you further up our road. We are the first drive. Guests bringing a dog- We have a dog and we would appreciate out of courtesy for Mabel and other guests that you keep your dog on a lead when outside the room. Dogs are also not allowed on the furniture and are not to be left unattended. We charge a £5 fee per stay (which is added through Airbnb if you can please include the dog as a guest). Smoking is not permitted in the room, please use the cigarette butt bin just outside. You have use of the shared back garden but the front garden is just for our private use (Sorry). We have a lockable luggage chest which you are able to use on a first come basis.
