The ground floor consists of kitchen/dining room, living room with fireplace and a bathroom that leads directly to the porch and patio. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed, a room with two single beds plus an extra bed and a third bedroom with a double sofa bed. The property is equipped with modern furniture, with the necessary facilities and accessories to offer a comfortable and pleasant stay. The porch has a barbecue, a table with two wooden benches for up to ten people and a pool of 7×4 meters with a uniform depth of 1.40 meters with comfortable access steps and is paved We are available and on hand for any information or anything we can help you with during your stay. House rules: - The price includes towels and sheets (except beach/pool towels). - The minimum stay is 2 nights, except high season when the minimum stay is 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and bank holidays. - Check-in Time: From 3:00pm (July and August from 5pm). - Check-out Time: Until 11am (If availability allows, we are flexible). - Groups under 25 years old not allowed. - Services Included (water, electricity and aacc). - The price of the stay will be added the amount of 1,75€ per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights and only for occupants over 16 years as a tax on stays in tourist establishments. - Welcome/cleanning kit: 1 scouring pad, 1 dishcloth, 1 dish towel, 1 bottle of washing up liquid (30ml), 1 bar of hand soap, 2 bin bags, 2-3 dishwashers tablets, 1 kitchen roll, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. - For internal policy reasons, we remove all foodstuff left behind (salt, pepper, oil, ...).
