Within 15min of St Emilion and 30min of Bordeaux this family house is surrounded by vineyards. It features 295sqm (3175sqf) in the center of a 1800sqm (19375sqf) garden with more than 120 trees from various species. 4 master bedrooms each with a queen-size bed & en-suite bathroom and WC +one room with 2 single beds+shower+WC. Large pool and outside dining area (BBQ), ping pong table and games. Home cinema room with Apple TV EV charging station, pricing based on usage The space Please make sure you specify all the guests upon booking. The base fee is for an occupancy of 4 with 2 rooms with queen size beds. For 6p we open a third room with a queen bed. For 8p we open a fourth room with a queen bed. For 9p we add a single bed in one of the rooms. And for 10 or 11p we open another room with 2 twin beds. Babies are welcomed free of charge and dont need to be specified. Children and teenagers sleeping in regular beds are considered like adults and must be specified. This policy allows us to hosts a couple as well as a large family. For any other sleeping arrangement, feel free to send us a specific request. Guest access You have access to pretty much everything in the house, except the cabinets/rooms marked "private". Please respect our stuffs and our kids' toys. We love our house and welcome guests who will take good care of it. Other things to note We DO NOT accept bachelor parties or celebrations with music/alcool of any kind. This is a quiet village. The Gendarmerie (local cops) is only 4km away and will quickly come if a neighbor complains. Please respect the quietness of our village and peace of our neighbors.
