The Old Shoemaker's right on the river and old town

Welcome to the old shoemaker's shop in the village of Oberndorf! The Schusterei is located in the historic center, directly on the Ostedeich and has its own river property. The Schusterei is about 60 m² and is spread over 2 floors as follows: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 dining room, 1 single kitchen, 1 bathtub The cute property has fruit trees and offers seating + a barbecue. There is a small playhouse for kids. The property on the river is right behind the house and dyke. The space The furnishings of the house have been sustainably created with a few exceptions. In other words, as much as possible, the furniture was purchased used and lovingly refurbished. Things have been repurposed and thus serve a different purpose. The two bedrooms are located on the first floor - one of which is a walk-through room. Other things to note PETS only upon request and for a fee. Public parking is right by the house.
