Prestigious four room with six beds, two bathrooms, a garage, a laundry and three balconies The space The apartment occupies 2 levels on the second floor of a new building, with internal wooden staircase. The lower floor consists of entrance, two double bedrooms with balconies, a bathroom with shower and a laundry with washing machine. Upstairs there is a room with a double sofa bed, a large open-plan living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower and covered terrace with outdoor dining table. Parking and storage is available in the under-building garage connected to the apartment by lift. All rooms are equipped with central heating with an independent thermostat and luxury finishes. All windows are fitted with double glazing for complete acoustic and thermal insulation. The apartment is also equipped with wi-fi, tv, dvd player, bed linen, towels, a complete kitchen (cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery). We can also provide you a roll away bed and a crib at no additional cost, please ask for it before you check in if needed. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire property including the garage.
