The space 42” smart TV with Netflix & Premium YT Internet / Wi-Fi Remote controlled AC unit Kitchen fully equipped, has a fridge, rice cooker, microwave, kettle, etc. Bathroom has a hot shower with shampoo and liquid soap. The interior unit is fully furnished and designed for a much comfortable living experience with the convenience of preparing and do the “light cooking" of your own food. Please understand, we have to prepare and clean on time the unit for the next coming guest. Please maintain the cleanliness of the unit as if it's your own. Turn-off the aircon and lights everytime you go out and make sure that the room is locked. For longer stay, we recommend to clean the unit every 3-4 days of stay. Please feel free to call us to do it for you. Added service fee per request/ cleaning service (will be billed & paid upon cleaning). Cleaning services will include changing of linens/ bedsheet & pillow cases, vacuuming of floor, toilet and bathroom cleaning. Cancellations will be processed by Airbnb. Minimum stay: 1 night If you plan to stay long term, rental amount is negotiable.
