Located in a quiet street in the center, great for holidays with friends or family vacation. Large parking space, private heated pool (from September to June pool temperature is set to keep you comfortable, most guest like it to be between 28-31 Celsius degrees but it can be set lower or higher as you prefer), finnish sauna, outdoor shower, outdoor BBQ grill. 150 m from the sea front, shops and restaurants, 15 min by foot from the Zlatni Rat beach and 5 min from the nearest beach. This lovely two-bedroom house on very private property has south facing vine shaded terrace surrounded with olive trees and with a stunning sea view, great for dining and relax. From the terrace is entrance to a bright living room with sofa bed and well-equipped kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, one bedroom with two single beds and bathroom with shower. There is a room attached to the house with separate entrance with finnish sauna. House can accomodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a family or small group. The house also comes with 3 air-conditions, free Wi-Fi access, big smart TV in the living room and TVs in every bedroom, washing machine, free private parking, outdoor BBQ area, private pool, private finnish sauna and outdoor shower. There is a big parking lot above the famous beach Zlatni rat and it is free for all our guests. Guest access Within a 150 m short walk you can find yourself at the town centre sea front where all the shops, restaurants and bars are located. Within a 15-minute walk by a promenade under the pine trees shade you can find yourself on Zlatni rat beach with all its facilities including children's play area, trampolines, waterpark, paddle boat hire, buffets and restaurant, beach bars and a number of stalls selling snacks and refreshments. Along the promenade you will find more beaches (nearest to the house is just 5 minute walk), a bike hire centre, several tennis centre, beach volleyball court, coctail bars, children's fun parks, various nautical sports centres (windsurfing, kiteboarding, diving, sailing, kayaking), restaurant and several beach bars. Another options to get to the Zlatni rat beach are: street tourist train that rides all day back and forth from Bol center (near petrol station), taxi boats that go all day from Bol center straight to Zlatni rat beach and by car, if you choose to go there by car, there is a large parking lot for you to leave your car there for the day and it is free for all our guests. Other things to note There is a big parking lot for the famous beach Zlatni rat and it is free of charge for all our guests. We are pet friendly but we only accept small and medium sized dogs since the accomodation is not suitable for larger breeds, no cats allowed.
