our family runs this small guesthouse LuLuLu this is a private room with single bed & desk you share below with other guests ･toilets ･shower rooms ･kitchen you can eat free breakfast. Time: 7:30 am to 9:45 am Please enjoy it! 15min by tram to the central part of Kochi city 10min walk to JR Asahi station supermarket, restaurant, bank, post office in 5~10min walk parking space available for 1000yen 1night free bikes available Other things to note the building is facing the main street and tram line, so if you like a very quiet room, LuLuLu may not be a good place for you you have to go up stairs to your room on 2nd floor, there is no elevator check in time is between 3~9pm but when we are not home, you can not check in ( LuLuLu is not self-check-in style) so please tell us your check in time at least 1day before the day you come. once you check in, you can go and come 24hours from the back door please check in before 9pm if you come later than 9pm, you have to pay extra charge for late checkin 2000yen for every 1hour if you dont give us any message about your situation before 9pm, we treat your reservation as no show, and you can not check in Registration Details Hotels and Inns Business Act | 高知市保健所 | 高知市指令28重保生第３号
