"Whispering Pines" rural escape

Enjoy a relaxing country escape in our self-contained, 3 bedroom house set amongst mature pine trees. Just 2 hours drive from Sydney, a little over 1 hour from Canberra and 15 minutes north of Goulburn, the split 3-level house is situated on our 65 acre hillside property. A great place to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the fresh air exploring the natural surroundings or stay indoors for a game of pool by the fireplace.Perfect for a short stopover whilst travelling or a longer getaway! The space Our 3 bedroom self-contained brick house is adjacent to our home with private access and free outdoor parking. The house is an easy drive north of Goulburn on a sealed road with a smooth gravel driveway leading to the house. Access to the house is via a short path from the parking area and the house has 2 sets of internal stairs leading to the upstairs bedrooms (no ensuites). The living room, kitchen/dining area and bathroom/laundry are all located on the lower level. We welcome families however we advise that close supervision of children is required due to the numerous dams and ponds located on the property. We can provide child safety stair gates that guests can fit to the indoor stairwells. We aim to be environmentally conscious and provide guests with waste disposal for general waste, recycling and compost. The potable house water supply is via rainwater tank storage and we ask that guests be mindful of their water usage. Guest access Guests can access all areas of the 3 bedroom house and explore the paddocks behind the house and the pine and native hillside forest. Parking spaces are out the front of the garage below the house with a short path leading to the house entrance Other things to note Please note that loud music, parties and events are not allowed. Smoking/vaping in the house or on the property is not permitted. Phone reception is limited on the property. We provide coffee pods, tea, sugar & a litre of full cream milk on guests arrival - no breakfast foods are included.
